I'm a Bioinformatics & Data Science Professional, specializing in genomics, machine learning, and AI. As the founder of TynexAI and Code with Bismillah, I combine research, technology, and innovation to create impactful solutions. I am an expert in Schema.org, DevOps, and MLOps, dedicated to turning complex biological data into actionable insights and empowering others through content creation.
I have worked on several projects, including GeneFix AI, an AI-powered platform for predictive genomics and mutation analysis; GenomeHouse, an integrated Python framework for genome data preprocessing, sequence alignment, and visualization; and Bio Data Hub, a centralized platform and VS Code extension for storing, analyzing, and sharing omics datasets.
